Xinachtli Facilitator Training
Online Offering
Join us in facilitating the empowerment of Indigenous, Chicana and Latinx youth through the Xinachtli (She-Nash-tli) Rites of Passage Program and Curriculum.

Xinachtli, nahuatl for blossoming seed, is a gender-responsive, culturally-based rites of passage philosophy, process, and curriculum that promotes healing and leadership capacity of Indigenous, Chicana, Latina girls and non-binary youth. The philosophy and curriculum supports the reframing of a new narrative of transformation healing and advocacy rooted in a gender, racial justice, anti-oppression framework while supporting the Character Development of teens. The Xinachtli curriculum provides a dialectic process of: • Reflexión (reflection) • Concientización (critical consciousness) • Creacion (creation) • Accion (action).

The next Xinachtli training will be an online offering scheduled for February 26-28th, 2025.

"This training was more than a preparation to facilitate, it was an opportunity for us to deepen our self-trust, self-confidence, and self-care so that we can serve from a more rooted place.”
